Wonderful Eisteddfod for Year 7

We had a wonderful day today celebrating the Year 7 Eisteddfod. A lovely celebration of music, visual arts and literature. We are so proud of all our competitors who fully encompassed all aspects of arts and culture in Wales.

A big Thankyou to our Acting Chair of Governors, Norma Collins who judged the competition and a huge well done to Mr Foulkes for organising such an amazing event. Also a big thanks to Mrs Wildsmith and Mrs Rees for all their support.

All the winners were invited back for a presentation this afternoon, where they were issued with a certificate. The overall winners of the event in each category were:

We are all super excited for more Welsh culture tomorrow as most of Year 7 head off to Llangollen to the international musical Eisteddod.
